Ok, let's just say I run a few internet cafe's.

I just spontaneously thought this (probably an old idea):

With a Gateway where they have to accept our ToS, could there be the following:
    • Content Locker with 5 email/zips

Of which the user would be forced into doing one of these in order to advance into online activities. Would CPA companies permit this? Would the IP conflict with anything?

I'm shooting an email to about 15 different AMs to see if this would be acceptable via their ToS, and I will begin to code such a gateway if it is. This just gave me a Revshare business proposal for other cafes as well. I'm hoping this would be okay with at least one of my countless CPA networks.

Against their TOS? Probably not. But it probably won't work because the ip would be the same.
