Hypothetical client is a wannabe personality of some description that wishes to amass as large an account as possible, in the shortest time possible.

Caveats:

  • Real, engaged followers
  • No overtly spammy tactics
  • Merchandise is available to use

Budgets

  • <$100
  • <$500
  • <$1000
  • >$1000

Deal should be he provides a steady flow of content that is worth something then you can work with it, charge more than that. Get an absolute fuck ton of hits and views "fake it till you make it" and then people will engage.
 
is that budget a one-time fee, or monthly?

If it's a one time fee, and you're looking at getting 100K+ followers + engagement, you are charging cheap for your services.

I don't know of anyone that can get that much following in under 2 months, and not get the account banned. It's a long term deal 6+ months, faking some views and likes and doing the regular stuff gradually.
 
I'd tell the client to give me the money and I' handle everything. Then I'd spend it all on cocaine and hookers.

But honestly it will be extremely tough to build an IG following these days. It's become very over saturated
