Hypocrisy of BHW management

Since @Diamond Damien chose to not allow us further response we are forced to let the BHW community know the solutions we offered:

And we are not doing a thing about this order, until the SHIT LIST is taken off.

Questions are: are we delivering on this order? The answer is yes. By when can you expect it to be completed? 6-8 weeks. The rate? At existing rate if we get worthy compensation, or at the rate floated at the forum.

Why?

Because this order didn't generate through BHW and you accepted a shit list about a private order. A bulk order at a discounted rate, and your staff says nothing ( @BTB) about Jamie claiming he's lost $5750, wherein $250 went to PayPal, and he had us paid $5500, of which we completed 40% on file on a NON-REFUNDABLE special rate order as per the policy of the firm. The current order value at the shit list is $3300, and not $5750 as being claimed by Jamie. Why you guys are keeping mum over the things a client generally don't do while opening a shit list? Simple answer is, this is a BIASED forum.

I don't see any sentence where @BassTrackerBoats is cautioning the client for trying to get in touch with our content manager through the backdoor, or furnishing wrong and fabricated proof in the forum, claiming about the order originating out of BHW.

Let's look at the rulebooks: ( made by BHW management which is in conflict with its own rulebook about a SL)

General Shit List Rules

1. Threads in this section may only pertain to business that began on Black Hat World. This includes the BST, WTB, and HAF sections, as well as PMs. Business that began away from the forum (e.g., Skype, another forum, etc) is not covered.

The options we have:

a)

Please furnish proof that the order of 110K words began on BHW through BST, WTB, or HAF sections or PM. And we will do the order as per the rate we discussed with the client, while the tenure to complete the order will be 6-8 weeks from the day the shit list is taken down. The SHIT LIST was made when we were working on the order, and @BassTrackerBoats chose to not ask the basic questions to Jamie, the client, about when was the first he had ordered? Was that order of around 110K words? How did the 110K words order came to being? How did you order? When did content shark LLC delivered the first order? Was it late? IF it was late, and you wanted awesome quality, why is the sudden fuss when you're informed about a BULK order taking longer? And why is this fear about getting scammed by a company that you have worked with before? The shit list needs to go first, because it's an act of BHW management hypocrisy. It was never required as per the rules of the forum. IT CLEARLY SAYS THE FORUM DOES NOT COVER BUSINESSES THAT BEGAN ELSEWHERE: ( SKYPE, which is where this business began)

b)

If you cannot furnish the proof that this order originated at BHW, the BHW management along with @damien should offer me a compensation of $5K USD for accepting a SHIT LIST around an order that didn't originate at BHW.

I know good lawyers ( I am sure you all do that as well), which are our clients and would love to help if @Diamond Damien or @BassTrackerBoats deny their illicit involvement.

In such cases wherein a compensation is given we will complete the order at the agreed rate, and delivery will be 6-8 weeks from the day the shit list is taken down. The shit list needs to go first, because neither Damien nor anyone else has the right to bring a company with sound records of 11 years into disrepute. And pay, you all MUST.

c) Since the order didn't generate out of BHW, and yet a SL was created which is in conflict with its own rules, @IrwinJ must pay for furnishing "fabricated" documents to prove this order indeed generate out of a BST, WTB, or HAF section. And we will charge him as per the floating rate on this forum, and complete the order within 6-8 weeks from the day the SL is taken down, and if it's taken down.

We don't accept any 4th alternative, because it doesn't exist, for which we don't mind being "BANNED" from this forum in 6 days.

We have an ongoing email thread about this which you've chosen to make public which is your choice. As per my comments in that email thread.

Your issue is with your client, you need to deliver the order that you've both agreed exists, once this order has been completed we will contact the client to ensure they are happy and then the Shitlist will be resolved. We will not remove the shitlist - if your actions had been in line with your agreement with them the complaint wouldn't exist.

If your choice of action instead of working with your client is to take legal action against or attempt to defame BHW then this is a sad reflection on how you wish to conduct business and will be reflected in our closing comments and our desire to continue any business relationship.

As per my last, we hope and expect that you will reopen discussions with your client and deliver the order that was placed in a timely manner allowing us to close this unfortunate complaint against you.

Further attempts to change the narrative or bribe / cajole us into removing the thread will fall upon deaf ears. You have 6 more days to come to a mutually agreed position with your client.

The only option at this stage is for you to refund the customer or deliver the order late but as specified at the customers choice. Trying to spin the story into anything else is pointless.
