Example 1 – https://www.instagram.com/stuffedwithpink/

These creators use an extremely realistic AI model. They animate images for their reels using a website we’re already familiar with. However, the main question is: which AI image generator are they using?

The AI generator must support image and face reference during creation since the face remains consistent across images. Additionally, many of their images are highly accurate recreations of famous Instagram models.

There are several similar examples, such as:

  • Example 2 – https://www.instagram.com/sophiaariaa/
  • Example 3 – https://www.instagram.com/angelwithcherries/
If anyone has a clue about which AI image generator they might be using, your insights would be appreciated.

ive been trying to work on this myself. Not managed to get the same output as of yet

Let's see if anyone can share some tips about AI tools to generate this kind of image

these are deep fakes, the best one ive seen were from custom made ones

May be a custom solution they got built. If you use anything publication and quality is really good, it will be abused quick.

Search for an AI model called FLUX. Open Civitai, and log in to see all of the community-shared content. Filter by the model "FLUX" and "photorealistic" to learn how people are prompting it. If you need a consistent character, you have to create a base image and train a LORA with it. Then, generate a bunch of new images and train a new version of your LORA. For NSFW content, you have to use a custom checkpoint or LORAs. There are a bunch of workflows on Civitai that can help you generate anything you want.

Note that if you don't have a powerful GPU like a 3080 (at least), you have to deploy on a rented GPU VPC because most subscription-based platforms will not allow you to generate NSFW content. Look for a service where you can rent GPU instances and pay per hour to keep the budget tight.

To generate videos (SFW) use a generated image as a base in Runway or KLING AI.

Have fun :)

Hey, thanks for the info.
We’re familiar with the basics of AI , would be great to connect to dive deeper into it.

Wow, that's some seriously impressive AI stuff! Keeping the faces that consistent while changing everything else? That's tricky. If they're recreating Instagram models so accurately, and need face consistency, my first guess would be something that handles image and face referencing really well. Maybe Midjourney? It's super popular and pretty powerful. Or perhaps Stable Diffusion with a bunch of custom models and LoRAs specifically trained for hyperrealism and face swapping. I'm leaning towards Stable Diffusion actually. You have so much control over it, and people have made some crazy-realistic models lately. Plus, it's easier to fine-tune it for specific looks and people compared to some of the other options. It probably takes some serious tweaking and a good understanding of the software though.

Well, generally speaking Flux and some additional tools can do the job, but there's a lot of manual work behind all this. To make it consistent, not staged, not plastic-looking etc. It takes a dedicated team to do something similar (from my experience)

Grok is REALLY good at making images resemble the described figure.

These are not AI generated

Open Civitai.
This is a goldmine if you're familiar with using LORAs and checkpoints. I haven’t tried FLUX yet, but Fooocus is also a solid option. It’s a great starting point if you’re diving into this field!
Grok image is quite realistic

The issue with these services is that they offer limited trial credits for testing and refining your image-generation process. You'll burn through your credits fast unless you really know what you're doing.

I kinda agree with you on this. I saw an Image someone made with grok and I argued it wasn’t AI generated until they proved me wrong.

This Looks Amazing, is this real AI or faceswaps and if so, how to do this? Any guidance out there?
