My idea is to build an hybrid home, can you tell me what are the most common problems/ disadvantages of hybrid homes? and what experiences you have with these kinda houses?

They're those homes made out of shipping containers, bottles, or other recyclable materials.

About the underground, I would want one too put purely as a shelter in case if a nuclear attack although I wonder if you could be fast enough to get there.
