hushmoney not active???

i register 3 week ago for account. they say they will notice me if account approve. but now after 3 week sitll no update???? when i try log in it still show same message 'pending approval'.
i register crakrevenue but when i want promote offers they ask need approval. i sent my approval request but now 4 day still no update


any good alternathief?
