- Technicians always want to improve something perfect at some points ( takes more time = always late = BIGGEST FAIL )
- Marketers always want something done as fast as possible. The fastest product reach the market always make most of the money, 80%+ market share

Sorry, I really didn't mean to generate that kind of response - just tried to point out a slight stitch in your statement.
But to be more serious, I think it has to do with what you are passionate about. Lots of things I know will make me money I won't do whether it's due to fear of moving into doing something new or something else. I really don't know either.
