Now that is funny what a person to have as your "front man" for a company be good to see how they do.. lol
 
I grew up watching this guy on TV, and to see him do this, to be honest, doesn't put him in the best of light.

Unfortunate, but what is he going to do, just sign autographs till death? Anyways, hopefully it goes well. He had a BBQ grill that he was promoting a little while back that was battling with the George Foreman Grill. It's easy to see who won that battle.

And yes, the Hulkster in a thong...not what you want to see, for sure.
 
Even the Hulkster is sexier than Hannah Montanna.... i love the idea though, using washed up ex-VIP'S is always good marketing :)

Not in the eyes of the fans, IMO. Like I said, I looked up to this guy when I was growing up (pre-teen and below), and to see this...just makes me see him in another light, as you said, "washed up".
 
I grew up watching guys like the Dudley Boyz, Hulk Hogan, Buff Bagwell, DDP, The Steiner Brothers etc etc show-acting :) I remember my absolute outrage upon discovering it was all fake...

But at some point you just notice that they're just "human" like anybody else... I still remember the good old times watching their shows in the living room as a kid. But that's it, they're just people like you and me... I think David Hasselhoff was probably THE guy that showed the world how fucked up you can become (with his burger video).

Let me make a correction to your phrase:

Seems more fitting to his original phrase. ;)

I personally think he won't do well with this because it has absolutely nothing to do with wrestling and health. I know sites like GoDaddy get people such as Danica Patrick to promote their brand, but she is at least doing stuff at the moment, not like Hulk, who is in his twilight years.

So, in my opinion, I think people won't really take Hostamania as a serious option for hosting their sites. It's a gimmick that will pass soon, especially since he piggy-backed this with the current popularity of Miley Cyrus.

Just a fad that will pass, again, unfortunate.
