I got huge sudden decrease in SERP on two different websites that I own.
Both of them got multiple Negative SEO links that I didn't do with the Anchors that are related to my website so google probably is thinking that this is done by the website owner/3rd party service.

I've disavowed the links (actually I am doing this almost each week, with more then 1000 new links in every submit).

    nothing is helping.

What can I do? there was an google algo update 3-4 days ago? what websites it was effected and how can I recover?

Try to get Quality links because as you mentioned disavow 1k links per week.
Build quality links and quality content to your sites.

Trust me, I build only the best Quality links (forbes.com etc) and still, I was FIRST 3 years in a row, and now two of my sites got a huge hit, something is going on here, it just can't be that Negative seo is working so well and there is nothing I can do.

So glad I found this post, I thought it was just me. I've lost 80% traffic on almost all my small sites. The bigger >30,000 hits per month sites seem to have survived

Yes, you need to keep tracking your backlink profile. You can also submit a disavow file with the spammy linking domains themselves but not just links.
As well, you can check if someone is scraping your site's content and copying it to other websites. Also audit your website for technical defects.
If all of the mentioned above is fine, just keep disavowing backlinks/domains, this will bring its results sooner or later and you will get recovered.
    Best of luck!

The big thing you're gonna hear is reverse it with QUALITY LINKS. That means high DA/PA & TF/CF ratings from MajesticSEO.
