lol! this ebiz is running in my college also seniors come in our juniors hostel and there they keep o recitint the benfits and forcing us to join!
though i often told my friends about how it is mlm and how i scams in the end , i saved many but still some got caught in it!

if your business is really legit, then why would you waste your time defending it on a blackhat forum? and i can bet my right nut that this is mlm, and developing countries like india are ripe for exploitation due to lack of awareness regarding these schemes and the humongous population.

One of my friends took me to a seminar last September. If I didn't knew about BHW, I would have been sucked in that too.
I guess its a good thing I know all there tricks of marketing from BHW.

EDIT: He is an excellent Brain washer and Persuasive marketeer. You wont believe the amount of guys that fell for his scams.
The one I went to had more than 600 guys. And 40% signed up. He is such a bastard. Unfortunately my friends didn't believe me and are still wasting on his brain washing session.
His work is as such. He gets some lvl 2 guys to warm all the audience and then continue to talk for 2 hours and this shitty motivation. As the last hour dawns one of his Prime guys, ( upper than lvl 1) comes in a 25k$ car and all of the idiots started believing him. Such an asswipe.
My advice to any fellow indians reading these, stip your friends and family. Once you join how your money will go, even you can't say. Even if they dont listen to you, at least give a good try.
I am talking from a personal experience with one of my close friends. The ending isn't happy with Shitbiz.

The biggest scam committed currently in India according to me is by Datawind for Tablets (Akash Tablets) . When you register for one they ask you to send a advance cheque which will enable you to get priority delivery . Cheques are sent they are encashed but the tablets never come . Look at this :

I don't think you have anywaz Einstein has also got some flaws in his calculations and theory which are being rectified till today.... Einsein is 99.999% correct still then he misses out .0001%....

i myself joined ebiz when i was in college as there was huge advertisements going on in our college. although i lost my money in that Rs 7000 (its was 7000 that time) but i can say that it not SCAM. its just like any other company in which only 1% or so people succeed rest just loose money bcos they can convince others to join under him.

Tried?? Hell yeah.. Never got such a elite crappy list even free. My friend almost shed tears when I told him that you could have got every thing for free.
But still he had hopes because he was getting certificates for the courses he appears via ebizel. I taught him MS-WORD and now he is selling certificates.
Most of them joined a prestigious club on Orkut in 2006 after a month of joining ebiz. Club name "Ebiz Sucks" who eventually got more member than the actual ebiz group.
I believe you are new and very enthusiastic. you must have bought 10 ID's and now trying to recover it. I must say this is not the place where you should defend Ebiz. You are just making a fool out of yourself.

Is it being advertised in newspapers also ? I read something similar but cannot remember the name. But frankly, there is lot of scope for fooling people here(Nirmal Baba is a recent example ).
