Huge problem with youlikehits..

Well......... I've gotten around a 700 likes or so in the last 2 days thanks to it BUT for some reason my "talking about this" has gone up as well and is now on 600 something. What the hell?? Doesn't it look too fake?? :o

What is causing the "talking about this to go up" like that? Is there any way to lower it or prevent it from going up for a while or something?

I didn't have this problem the first day, the "talking about this" would stay the same while my likes would increase but now out of the blue it has sky rocketed.

It just "thinks" they are talking about this, cause it appeared on their walls when they liked it. It will drop again in a few days...
 
Are you sure man? Because it was normal like at 12 and out of the blue yesterday it went up to 600. :/ And it's still there.

I agree, I would not be disappointed with this, and sometimes it makes a page look more real and active.

What I think he is worried about is that the "talking about this" is too large for a fanpage his size. Fanpages with 10k+ users with 600 "talking about this" would be okay, but not with only 600 users/likes.

I do a lot of facebook work, and I have yet to see a page get deleted because it had too many people talking about it. I don't think it is a problem, and actually a good thing as it will help it gain momentum.

If he is worried he can buy fake likes to offset the ratio.

Well I am concerned mainly because it is a musician page, one for a musician who just broke into the scene. And for it to have 700 something likes with 600 "Talking About This" looks shady. Specially when the ratio is way different with big artists.

My concern is not getting deleted, it's having people feel like something weird is going on. I want the page to look professional but credible.

I am hoping I go up to at least 1,500 likes in 2 days or so and it staying at 600. Then I would stop using YouLikeHits and reach out fans to share and whatnot.

The "talking about this" metric isn't youlikehits' fault, so it's kind of offensive to the person behind youlikehits. He posts here. The talking about this is a metric that Facebook rolled out as part of their Insights. The metric is a combination of people liking your page, sharing your content, people liking your wall posts, people visiting your fb page, etc. Of course that metric is going to go up because you are getting a lot of fans and they are all visiting your page in a short time. Your "talking about this" metric is going to go high no matter what you use to get fans. If you don't want that number high, then don't use anything to get fans. Although for the life of me, I have no idea why someone would say it is getting ridiculous. High fb metrics are a good thing.

Your two hands are making it happen. Refrain from using any service and the metric will be low.

I don't think thats a bad thing. Im trying to figure out how to do this now. what exactly is "talking about this"?
 
Well Z083 I'm using iMacro to get my likes. It does it automatically, I have like 10,000 something points now. Maybe that has something to do with it but I doubt it.
 
'talking about this' isn't stable amount, so you'll be fine in short time
 
Thanks memy. At the moment my "Talking About This" is higher than the number of likes and it makes you scratch your head and I don't want people looking at the page scratching theirs either. Hopefully it goes down to a "normal/standard" amount (ratio wise).
 
My "talking about this" shot up also, couldnt figure out why. Now I know and I think its a good thing, Im getting organic traffic and likes now.
Anybody having a problem with you like hits? I cant get any likes to confirm, been going on all week.

Same here. And now it's not bothering me so much. Specially when you start getting normal traffic and you start putting content on your page.

Yes, I have that problem too sometimes. What happens is this:

- There's a page You Like Hits can't confirm and it stays stuck in that page.

Keep skipping pages until you get to the ones it can confirm.

If it doesn't work, try removing your page account, logging out, logging back in and putting the page url again.
