HERE ARE MY CURRENT LIMITATIONS:

CONFIRM CREDIT CARD
PROOF OF NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH
PROOF OF ADDRESS
PROVIDE INVOICES
SUPPLIER CONTACT INFO
VENDOR/SUPPLIER INFO
PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS
PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENTS


I will pay your price if you can fix this, i need it urgently.

He means if you need documention for each of these things, go onto fivver and buy them.

Keep in mind, it is not always 100% going to work. But if you hav emore than a few hundred bucks in there it is worth a shot. If it fails after you send in docs wait 180 days and then withdraw funds to a bank account. Good luck. This happens to me a few times a year... get use to it. lol
 
Fiverr is always good, but there is always chances of PayPal permanently limiting the account if it doesn't work out.
