Huge potential email list! 43k

Ok, not sure if this is the right section, but cant see an email based forum, so feel free to move it to the correct place mods..

So have been reading up on here for a little bit and have learned a lot! so wanna give something back, I wouldn't be able to monetize this properly so i'll let the experts do it.

A few weeks ago theregister leaked their entire user DB! it's a fairly popular IT news site in the UK, with a pretty targeted audience, webmasters it guys, etc. I think its got pretty massive potential with the right methods employed..

(have searched and haven't found any references to this)
