That list is to give you an ideea of good niches that pay well. Ofcourse noone can beat a single keyword like "ebay" or "poker" ... that's insane ... but you choose a topic ... and do a little reseach yourself.

The simple fact of the matter is a niche is describe as a target marketed willing to pay to have there problem solve. Many of these one word 'niches' arent viable to anyone.

thats not a niche thats a whole industry, and for something that broad NO a noob could not tackle it

now 'how to make your own wine' is a niche, its targeted enough to deem a certain action out of ppl who come across this problem.

but shit like dentist, wtf if anyone is just jumping in to this IM game what could they possibly do with that?

And no. none of my niches are up there maybe a sub niche of a sub niche, but none of my niches.

And further more why would i get mad if i did. There are plenty of people that were in my niches way before i was. Just means more money to take from them
 
why can't I post? Ooops, sorry! I was just trying to make a random post to see if it would work because I tried last time I was on here and get a message that I can't do that bla bla.
Can someone PM me on a particular niche listed in the list above and help on hosting for this niche. Everything is set up with the niche but not savvy enough in computer and hosting to figure out best path for Offshore hosting for the niche.

not to flame op, but this same list was already shared on the forum a long time ago. These aren't ready to promote niches, but are a good start to brainstorming and looking further into a specific market.. These are broad categories.
 
Hmm. Nice share. Appreciate the effort (trying to keep it positive). I have to agree though (with some others in the post). These words/phrases are way to broad, and in some cases someone else already PWNS the SOA site (or at least the #1 SERP listing) for them in the SERPS (no matter how much BH backlink juice you throw at it, you'll never take it over - sad but true).

But thanks for the effort.

Now,... a couple of these are actually valuable if you try a few long tailed keyword permutations on them. Heh, heh. Gotta think creatively.

The ones on this list that really hit it big are the ones that never go out of style. Adult for example. Adult toys. As a content writer I get a ton of requests for just about everything on that list but even during slow times people want the adult stuff. It's always a hit because people who want it/need it/etc will spend the money on it while eating raman. You can always make the cash of those titles especially if you have the marketing sense and you combine it with a writer and then an image provider that can bring it all together.
 
i would go with adult or music.

But adsense is not allowing for both :-/

Good list, there are plenty more though. But they are all full of competition. I need to find something new, fresh and paid good.
 
This list is Good, but we might use fresh niches. A lot of competition in these ones.
