HUGE difference between GOOGLE and BING

Started a website like 3 months ago and I'm finding it super difficult to see some movement on google whilst bing is just growing and growing each day.

This is a video website with low text content, no link-building at all, and some tech and on-page SEO.

The issue with this is that traffic from bing is very small compared to Google. I focus only on Google and anything bing gives is just a bonus.

I understand your point but I do think it is worth also focusing on Bing. I think the problem here might be the indexation since bing already indexed 1.2k pages and google only indexed like 600
 
I had a similar experience. A site of mine would rank on Bing well right off the bat but poorly on Google. Eventually, it climbed to the #1 spot on Google too. But it didn't take anywhere near 3 months.
 
Seems like your website is performing well in BING over Google, normally it's the OPPOSITE but in this case if you get your rankings to be like how they are on BING on Google, I am sure you'll see those numbers be way higher then what you are seeing right now.
 
Bing has a fraction of traffic that Google has. Although is is easier to get ranked higher on Bing, you will need Google's traffic in the long-term because of the volume that it can offer.
 
Bing is great for getting product sales and affiliate commissions, but nothing beats Google for display ad revenue. Depending on what your doing it could potentially be more profitable to target bing entirely, especially with big-ticket items. But that's only because of speed and ease of ranking #1. If you can do it just as effectively on google, google will always beat bing in terms of $$$

In some cases, it can be important. Like if the niche is ultra - targetted, even less traffic from bing can be monetised.

Holy mother of CTR!!! 9.2%
Google has been changing all my metas and causing me to get royally screwed over in CTR.
My biggest website isn't even at 1%. Yesterday, I made changes to my Schema, so hopefully this will help, but my stats have been abysmal for a while now, for my largest website.
 
I think we're pretty much seeing Google's Altavista days. It's just a matter of everyone noticing how fucky their SERPs have become. But judging by the amount of retards we see on social media, this might take a while still.

As they say, Bing is years behind Google :D

Bing is like the Google of a few years ago. Eventually it will also catch up lol
