Hello i have gaming channel all videos 10 min + i was with Curse Network for month and my CPM was $1.5 - $2 and i got offer from BBTV HooplaKidz %90 1 YR and i accepted it but today i saw my earnings I was surprised the CPM $0.4 is that a joke? also most of the views from USA and Europe .

You're getting scammed. Most likely they're doing "Direct Ads" where they directly sell the ad and it isn't being reported in your analytics. Some networks you gotta get it in writing (in the contract) that you also get a percentage of Direct Ads.
