Huffington Post Guaranteed Blog Post Question.

You can get those links vastly cheaper by buying dropped domains but obviously without the blog-post / traffic. Just saying dude if its purely for juice.
 
Yes, kind a expensive, but hey links from some domains will cost you much more than that.
 
If its a post that will also attract traffic to your site. Just based on link juice i would say it would be cheaper to look elsewhere.
 
On some semi related huffpro blog or on huffington post.com ? if .com its too cheap
 
Probably is worth it / it's a big site - probably get lot of traffic as well as juice.

depends.

1). d0follow or n0follow?
2). how close to the homepage (is it ON the homepage or 1-2 levels deep?)
3). will it be permanent on the website?
 
Huffington Post has "sponsored/syndicated" writers who basically are trusted individuals that Huffington Publishes. The link is permanent (unless they wise up to author selling links and decide to delete all their content). I would say the link is worth that much if this particular author has a large following and can get you a lot of views. For purely SEO purposes, its a good link to have, but if all you are trying to do is drive rank you might be better off spending that much on an expired high quality domain to either 301 to your site, or build up as part of your network.
 
Yikes, It's hard to answer this one specifically without more details, but even in the best case scenario I would try and look somewhere else for a cheaper offer. That's pretty steep or just that one.

If that's the case it's a lot similar (if not exactly) like some of the High Authority links that were sold in BSTs not too long ago. Those were going for $300-600.00 a link aswell ... Huffington Post's DA/PA is 85/98 and it's also PR8. From what I remember HP covers everything from entertainment to politics to technology, but I could be wrong. Again, if it's a d0follow link I would consider it as surely it'll pass authority and trust-rank.
 
just a heads up but there was a scam going around where an author had access to high authority domains and sold links and they were only on the site 1 day or so and then deleted and no refund

would rather spend $300 on pr5 domain and link to multiple money sites than have 1 link from authority site if its just for link juice
