Huffington Post "around the web" Links: All Do Follow. Does anyone know how to get them?

Under almost every news article of huffington post you will find "around the web" and these links are all do follow. Does anyone know how you can get these type of links?

Most probably they have a white-listed websites from where they fetch related links.
 
Does anyone here have authorship for the Huffington Post or know anyone that does please PM me

I'm pretty sure those "Around The Web" links on Huffington Post are from Outbrain, a PPC content-promotion service. Outbrain links are all nofollow as far as I'm aware.

EDIT: new here. Didn't realise "do" and "follow" together was considered swearing around here...

Yup outbrain is nofollow all. You will find it on many fun sites or meme sites too. But as far as i know skyrocketseo can get you links from many authority domains. Talk to him. Or if you were wondering about a tactic where any user can submit it then forget it. Try comments etc. Links on such sites cost atleast low $XXXX.
 
No, these aren't outbrain links, no special plugins or software required either ;)

It's really easy to get your links there if you know how it works.

would you care to share your knowledge? :) we do already get links from huffposts "around the web" but I'd very much like to reinforce this. i'd appreciate a hint / PM. thanks!
 
I'm not sure why the person above claimed they know how but offered zero insight. I'll tell you how, I've had one of my posts listed there for over a year now.

1. Find a post on Huffpo like "10 Secrets to Sleeping You'll Never Believe" and perform a basic SEO analysis of the content - look at the H2s, the recurring keyphrases, etc.
2. Recreate that post on your own site and get it ranking on the first page of Google for a majority of those main terms.
3. You're done. It will scrape your site and put it in their list which is literally just the top ranking related posts that google serves up for those terms. Simple.


Other notes:

- they are do-follow links but they are temporary (if your posts loses rank then it loses it's spot in the list)
- they send a decent amount of ref. traffic I get about 100/month but it could be a lot more if you're ranking for higher traffic terms
 
I can do Guest Post in HuffingtonPost and that too without upfront if you are establish member here.

Yeah, you got it.

If your site gets crawled, it'll be added to whatever list they have on the backend, and it'll be much more likely to be featured in future lists too. The Google thing isn't really necessary. I think part of how it works is that it'll crawl links that sites already on the list point to. Kinda like Techmeme in a way.
 
how do you know that those posts are do follow? I bet they have to pay for them or sth.

There is no way to enter the list manually, but you can find a broken link and report to the editor using their in-built tool. Sometimes, they change it.
