One year and a half later, I give you my experience with hubtraffic. For the moment, I have received 0 dollar from them. The problems are the following:
1 - You must reach $50.00 in a month if you want to be paid. The difference with other sites is that the amounts are not cumulative. It means that with hubtraffic if you do $49.00 in september and $49.00 in october, you won't be paid. My site is quite big and it's not so easy to reach the $50.00 in a month.
2 - They don't count all the visitors you send to them. They consider a "bounce rate". If you send 1000 visitors in fact 1/3 will be counted. The visitors must stay in their sites and Watch videos.
3 - If you are european, forget hubtraffic ! They will ask you a VAT number and a company name to be paid. It means that French autoentrepreneur / micro entrepreneur or Spanish autonomos won't be paid even if they have a company name. Why ? Because in France or Spain (and certainly in many other european countries) your company is not liable for tax (VAT). The only way would be to go to your Tax Entity and ask for a special VAT number and demonstrate that you do business with countries out of the european community.
If you want to earn money with redirection, you will send all your traffic to big porn sites for quite Nothing. The only way to earn Something significant is to send very huge amounts of traffic. But you must be aware that it's very very difficult to have very huge traffic. The sites that have, are in the industry since many years. And it's quite impossible to compete with them and take a position (they have teams, time and thousand of backlinks to be in the best Google positions).
Last thing that make difficult to earn money. Even if you have huge amounts of traffic, your traffic must be of high quality. If you send traffic from Peru, China, Poland, Mexico, etc... the rates are so low that you will earn quite Nothing.
