Httrack may seem as a good way to cloak a website. It only pulls HTML/CSS/Javascript. Most websites these days run PHP Face it. Httrack is free and no free program is going to work!

Hi dude!
You are right most websites run PHP and PHP sites are becoming popular than others as well.
Httrack is free and no free program is going to run.

You mean clone a website?

HTTRACK doesn't work on everything.. no program will, but it's still super effective.

If you're trying to rip a landing page it works 95% of the time.

You can't rip PHP with any tool. PHP is server side. It's executed server side, not served to user's browser. So you can't rip it with any tool.
