Just wanna know why https://www is not displaying in search engines? I see most of the websites using www while mine in search engines show only domain name and on the website Https but without the www.

Is that affects SEO?

Can I add www and if yes it's safe?

No it doesn't affect SEO.

Yes you can add .. www but redirect your non www version to www version or there will be two page indexed in the google of your website.

Did you already add https://www to google webmaster?

google will index both urls if they are set in webmaster properties.

Redirect all www to the root domain or the other way around. It's a matter of style and preference, especially if your site is not that old.
