They are legit. Used them once a long time ago, but nowadays, I just domains that needs absolute privacy, I go new Namecheap account (via vpn) -> thru crypto (thru burner wallet that crypto was airdropped via mixers) -> random contact details.
I have yet to lost domains this way, but if I have lost them, it is also within my expectations.
As for njal
Think of it a third party who you have absolutely no control of "renting" domains on behalf of you.
Which brings up way too many issues, especially in the "gray zone" areas; where most likely; the reason why you are even considering them to begin with.

They registered the company in Nevis and do many shit. I lost some premium domains whit this shit guys.

you need a domain ending which ignore government requests. In the past many movie download sites used .to via https://register.to/ but i have no knowledge in this sector so maybe someone other can give you here better informations

i dont use .in. but anykind of domains are now getting banned by namecheap if got indian court notice. .to is not available for my domain. can you suggest me a good registrar? basically namecheap is suspending all domains whatever it is .to or .ws.
