Well every site has competition out there. This guy is ranking all the sites using blackhat techniques. Also most of his sites are around 1.5 years old. So yeah nothing is impossible. I was trying to figure out how do I scrap the content from those site as I myself is no coder. I probably will look for someone who can do this for me. I read the thread someone tried to scrap using PHP script but he posted no updates after it.

Leave the computation power power for a single night and 1m pages is your. Really. Just get a huge list of keywords and give it a while to do its job.

True. 5m keywords are quite a number. But you can do it.
Content aggregators done the right way.
Most people who do aggregators end up with 10 - 20 pages with a high word count.
But it doesn't work since you will target 150 keywords at best.
What is keyword stuffing? Putting too many keywords on a single page.
If you have your own domain, you are in full control.
So why not just create 5m pages and do keyword stuffing the right way?
That's called the twist. But remember not to twist too much cause your back may start to hurt.
