He's a merchant on BHW's platform. Depositing funds into his platform prevents me from buying cards or adding funds to my own cards. He'll only add funds to your account if you send him a private message. He doesn't process support orders manually, and the funds added manually are different from those I created myself. The transaction fees aren't as low as he advertised in his posts.

report his thread that you have recieved a different service from that advertised, and submit a dispute at the correct section, and look to get him banned if the ruling is in your favour. (should be if you have the right evidence)
I'm ready to file a report; I have solid evidence. He only slowly changed my account after I requested a refund.
