Paypal will not refund because the purchase is not tangible.. I have reported the site to multiple payment processing centers including paypal... it will be up to them to ban the service and not process anymore payments.

I used this service recently and they responded within 24 to 48 hours all the time and did the job as advertised.

Hi Just Passing By,

Belive what you want. But I'm simply stating what I experienced. I found them on google. Signed up, paid, and they always responded. I also checked the backlinks and they in fact were posted.

Maybe you are used to telling untruths so therefore assume I am lying. But I'm simply stating my experience.
