Niche, Keyword, Competition Research with domain registration/design/wordpress, content creation. You can use it to create websites, add in content, monetize it (adsense, clickback) and flip if you want. The system is fairly automated, and looks pretty sound. I need to see more reviews before I would pull the trigger. It's entirely web-based; no program/tool.

Anyone heard a price yet for it? Curious where their pricing will fall and if they'll compete with Flippa for startups. The project is suppose to include a website auction platform but with everyone using the same tool to build sites I can't imagine it will draw much interest from serious buyers. I might be wrong though.

I pasted the price in the quote above... $67/mo - $147/mo or annual payments.
They're charging too much for something that basic. I mean what real value does it have? They sales page is very unclear, I still can't see what this thing is all about.

You're probably right; I deleted the payment options. Was purely a mistake as I just copied it directly and wasn't aware it would keep the purchase button. Although I most definitely do not have an association with that company.

Why would anybody want to have site hosted on sitebildz's dedicated server? Isn't it dangereous. I think it is an obvious pattern for all generated sites on the same ip.
Thousands of pages will be hosted there and most probably many of them will be linked from bad neighbourhood.
Google can sooner or later ban all of them.
Am I missing something?

Nope - it's Joe Russell (the main man behind Nuke - though not the one who fronts it - that's normally Areeb)
Testing it at the moment. I'm not a micro niche guy - and the namecheap interface is a little skewed, but it seems like a darn good deal. research, buy, build, optimise, host and control (mvisitis/post schedules, updates etc) all from one control panel.
If building a lot of MFA sites - (tens..hundreds?) the amount you'll save on hosting alone is probably worth it. It isn't quite as good (yet) as having the stand alone "best in class keyword" research. competition research, hosting and multi site control panel - but it might get that way given time.
Jeremy - yeah not sure why he is on the promo video. He blotted his copybook a bit - though no-where near as bad as some made out, a few honest mistakes and a bit flakey.
Anyone remember that then until 2 years ago Nuke itself was promoted by a video by what looked like a spotty 12 year old going crouched behind his dads car going "Wow". That seemed so unprofessional (glad they got rid of that)
Guess they are good at coding apps - not so good at getting someone to front the marketing that everyone can agree on

Could say the same about GoDaddy shared hosting.
Cartainly could say it abouty Hostzilla
They spread their hoisting as thin as it can get by IP, but I've never had an issue ranking sites. WHOIS will be different for them all anyway
Google doesn't ban sites by IP in the same way it bans browsers by IP.
It penalizes sites and individual URL's
Might be a small penalty however - I mean no-one knows Google that well
The issue for me is it certainly won't be possible to make a powerful 1st tier link ring with this software with a limited IP range. It will be for individual sites only

Let me poke my nose into this....It should be an interesting product. Though monthly subscription is not what I like
As it includes hosting and a live "empire" control panel - all the decent alternatives have on going costs as well.
Hosting unlimited sites (didn't see that) - and having a post, monetization,visitor metric control panel for all of them for $147 a month is going to appeal to a lot of mid-high end affiliates.
If you can't make a hell of a lot more than $147 a month with say 200 amazon or adsense sites...you're doing something wrong.
But I see the overall point on cost. - the same truisms apply. If you are just starting out in IM and SEO, then spending a few months/years doing stuff manually and learning the shit from the shinola is probably a good education before you drop $147 a month on any product at all

I purchased the $27/mo as a "test". So far a lot of bugs, and a lot of inconsistency. Problems with the scripts, not enough WP themes, not enough banners/headers, domain registrar problems (fixed, then problem, then fixed). Their server appears to be over loaded already. FTP Lags, the sites are slow, and some people are experiencing "ping time outs" for SiteBildz.
Kind of reminds of me the initial release of SeNuke X. A lot of bugs, and hopefully a lot of fixes.
