they say they have http proxies on the homepage, but after I paid they tell me via email they only have SOCKS...
I needed HTTP, so really bad business practices to be honest
They do have http proxies, but socks-5.com only focus on socks proxies, for the http proxy, they only send you a proxy list several times a day, you can email them for details as I am not sure about that, I only use socks proxies. If you are not happy with them, just ask for a refund.

socks-5.com only provides socks4/5 proxies, in most situation, socks4/5 can replace http and socks4/5 is even much better.
if you really only need http, you can have a try of proxytrade.net
and you can also ask for refund

Have you ever bought exclusive proxy in less than $2 per ip?
think about it by yourself please
how you set up these proxies?
They have user name and password, just make sure you add everything needed.
And if you still have problem, email them for help.

I know several providers that provide exclusive/dedicated legal IPs for 2$/ip and less when buying in bulk, one guy here sells them for $1,35 i think
I thought VIP is selling public proxies, never checked them in detail but from what I read it sounds like they scan for public proxies and sell those.
Do you know more about them ?
My main concerns are:
a) Your customers do not know about it !
b) It's a high risk, I know several people who got into deep legal troubles cause of similar stuff. Once police raids your home and office it is too late to explain them you didn't hack anything. They will find pirated software, various possible illegal blackhat stuff, cause major trouble and damages.
I'd never use a botnet slave through my real IP, it's like unprotected sex with a street prostitute. Can go well 1000 times but one day you'r unlucky, too late for regrets.
Nothing against your business, I've been running one of the most powerful networks in my past (very long time ago), as long as your customers know about the risk and how to protect themself. Ethics, you know ?

I usually use a software named sockscap to set up the socks proxies, and they have a detailed help on their website.

^^^slow connecting and disconnecting but i noticed no lack of speed when using it for anything. they also have a trial period for free if u want to try them, id suggest using your paypal to pay though not CC

socks5 (what i use when i need proxy) are free if you have a good source, secure and don't log and depending where you get them are setup are compromised hosts. the ones i use the only speed decline i see is in downloads, from 500kb on my normal connection to like 250kb if downloading through socks, all other browsing is fast and flawless

i wouldn't ever value the use of vip72 for the price they charge, buy they are supposed to be good
