    Wonder how the CPA Networks will take it?

    It will obviously be seen in the source code, they will probably make a clause stating that adding it will not be allowed...

    It will be seen within source code if it is added as a static code, though you could add some obfuscation measures, using javascript, which could allow you to make it look/seem legit.

    rel="noreferer" is a stupid tag lol why do I need to blank referer? lol I want to leave referer instead.

    I don't think you understand the concept or how it can be used. Just as SparkyBlue thought of, CPA. What if you have multiple domains and want to generate all the money off of one affiliate account and domain? It removes suspicion, no track backs to other websites, which could cause your account being terminated. I'm sure there are many other thoughts and I know of how I could put it to good use, but I'll let you and others minds wonder.
