Hi, I bought some html5&css3 templates and have converted them to wordpress themes and responsive. Am I allowed to sell this as wp themes ? Or will I get in trouble with some license issues

all templates are bought on themeforest

No problem, but why u bought a HTML template when you can download it with HTTrack?

You can also try flippa, sedo and godaddy auctions for selling. Hope these help!

will try them too... I am a little worried about license issues since the html/css templates are bought from themeforest. Am I braking any license by converting them to wp themes and then sell them ?

let me understand you rip a website html and convert them to wp and you sell the website on themeforest.net? isn't illegal?

Instead of buying the Templates you should have been bought it!!!!
Just Google it as template for websites. There are plenty of templates available with awesome designs. i have downloaded a template for my blog and edited it by myself with respect to my compatibility.

If you download a HTML site, that is someones property. The license and law states you cannot resell it, even if you convert to another format. Its illegal.
