HTML Viral Facebook Share to unlock script

Looking for someone to help me set up a facebook share , g+, and twitter to unlock script for my site. I am ready to pay for it, add me on skype :

To share on facebook, is it 100% necessary to have a facebook app and wait for the review to have the facebook API?
Isn't there any other way?
