I'm having a nightmare finding someone who can convert a html template into wordpress, does anyone know of any software that can do it?

Code:
http://www.themespress.com/

This is what I found in google. All the best, hope it works

I'm not sure any such software exists or if one would even be good at it. There's a lot of things that the software would have no way of knowing (like which part is suppose to be the header).

If you can't find anything, I could do it for you for a reasonable price.

pm me your price

I think I should start working on a converter. Maybe it will be my next project. :D

Defo a little earner if you did

I just looked at the themepress thing, it looks like it might take longer than coding one myself

edit: its free to try, $10 to download so pretty good

I just need to get a theme tutorial and start from there. I think it will be worthwhile.

I think it's a great idea. If you decide to do it please let us know. I for one would be willing to pay for something like that.

For simple pages, it is quick enough to do the conversion manually, if you are starting with HTML and CSS. There are many 'blank' wordpress templates/themes and frameworks that make this really easy, by giving you both the basic theme/php and page elements.

There are so many permutations that you cannot properly automate it.

There is actually already an automatic HTML - Wordpress converter. It's pretty new I think and it's on clickbank so there could be some good money to be made :D There's also a free version that I've been using:
Code:
themematcher.com
Check it out...

I used to work in the past with SiteGrinder , from PSD to Wp, but the code was crap. Artisteer like u said is crap too. You need to start learning this shit or hire someone, just my thoughts. Let me know if i cam help you.
