HTML Social Locker??

Is there something like Social Locker for Wordpress but for an html site.??

I am not using wordpress and I want to able to just paste the code and then its ready to go.?? I am not sure if that makes sense.

I just paste the code and a pop up comes up on the page telling people to share if they want to see the hidden content.
After they share they can click on a button on the page and they will be redirected to a content.

Just modify this WPopUp for your website. Or get an "Disclaimer" Page.

I am not good at coding.

you can hire a good programmer, for that i am sure the price is cheap

He asked for help,he probably know he can pay some programmer to do it,but he doesn't want to wast money. You people don't help.
