not OR but AND. You will even need JS most of the time. So learn them all. HTML + JS + CSS.

If you are done with them, perhaps try some Rustlang as well. It will help you make wasm modules for the browser.

Also, I don't want to break your heart but.. nothing is easy. You have to invest time and learn them.
 
HTML is pretty basic and you do not need to dive really deep into it. But HTML alone is almost worthless. You need CSS and Javascript too. HTML will be easiest to learn for sure :)
 
I believe that these languages are the easiest ever. You can master them easily even if you don't have any prior programming experience.
 
Buy some Udemy and Lynda courses
 
Mate, both are easy to learn. just start learning then you realize Html and Css are not difficult to learn
