html/CSS SEO template for selling web services/programs

Hi all,

I am sure most of you have got a chance to enter in a web site selling some software or service and the web site looks likes this:

• the background is white
• there is a loong centered column
• all the content is in the middle columns (there can be few other internal pages)
• some comments are in the bottom in orange squares with a dotted or striped line as border

I would like to make a similar web site and I would like to know if:

• There is any template available that I can simply edit? (free or for sale)
• I have to do it from scratch?
• I have to create it analyzing one of these ready web sites, and taking their CSS and edit it as needed?

Those are called "landing pages"

Searching for that may yield better luck.
