If you understand css then it's an easy job for you.
Just change the color attribute of you link background.

This is an easy thing to do. If you have proper knowledge about web programming languages then you can do it easily. Try this on your own.

Get Dreamweaver is very easy go to properties and change the link color and the mouse over color and all those things as your liking.
