    I want to display adsense below header, menu bar .I want to give minimum 20-30 pixels space between ads and menu bar so that users dont get mislead.what code i should use?

    Ok my sites are on wordpress if i am using widgets in sidebar.How much space it give? I want to give 20-30 pixels so that it is not too close to content.

    if you want 20-30 pixels so give 20-30px... what is the question?

    you will have to find your style.css file(appearance > editor > style.css), target the element, change its margin-top to 20-30px.

    might be a plugin for html editing if you wanted to try the solution above or you might have to directly edit the html through cpanel > filemanager. I suggest using ssh or ftp for this.

    if the above is too technical or code heavy i'd try fiverr

    Here's an easier way - learn how to use the chrome inspect element tool, it's a lifesaver. Find your elements class or ID, then install a custom css plugin (if your using Wordpress) and add in the id/class with your margin styling.
