HTML CODE - HELP!

Ok so i have jump links ( anchors if you like ) on my website,
basicly i have one landing page that shows the menu,
and the menu buttons go like this mywebsite.com/#ANCHOR

what i want to do is make a different page that will have the same menu
and when he clicks on the button on the menu, i dont want it to go to mywebsite.com/#ANCHOR
i want it to go to mywebsite.com/otherpage/#ANCHOR

i guess there is a code for directing it to the URL you are in + #ANCHOR, but i just cant find it any were.

Help would be appriciated!
