I try Udemy. You can have "really good price" to using on your phone. I got some good stuff cost 200$ on the website in my computer but 30$ on my phone.

I don't know why I choose Udemy to tuts+ or Lynda. Maybe the design !

Get a template.

Download HTMLKit.

Open a page in the template with HTMLKit.

Make changes.

Look in the browser to see what happened.

Use undo if you fucked up.

Repeat

Learn
 
w3school is the best place for learning HTML and CSS. For video tutorials you may search on Youtube.

Check w3schools(dot)com i learned html / css only from here , apart from that lynda gives a better idea
