Hrefer appears to turn the machine it's running on into a proxy for other hrefer users. What this means is that other hrefer users from around the world will connect to your computer to scrape data through your connection. When you try to run a google search you will have to enter a captcha. Be forewarned, Google knows something fishy is going on and I wouldn't be surprised if they reported it to your ISP.
