The built in free proxies really really terribly suck in hrefer, i dont see any other way to go around this but to buy a proxy list which again i would use only for ip rotating in hrefer which would be a waste but actually i dont even believe i could buy enough of those for hrefer.
Seriously i am all ears and promise i wont call you on the phone and hang on your neck to ask every little detail, just please explain in intermediate, noob or advanced language, what is the most affordable/effective solution for free hrefer proxy craplist?
