HR Youtube views dropping

Is there any HR views providers that doesn't drop?

I tried Hitleap, and yeah I should have none they dropped.

I tried http://retentionpanel.com/, which seems to be quit popular, and I got no view at all, or they dropped and I didn't see them.

What are you guys using?

Woud love to try it, but sadly I need burst of 500-1000 views, and your start at 5k views.

Maybe once I get bigger, but right now my promotion doesn't need as many views to reach the top.

How do i know my videos won't get pulled? I did this off fiverr once and had videos pulled by youtube.
