HR Views - High Russia Count?

Been doing up to 5k HR on videos for channel but seems a good amount of % turns out to be from Russia.
IS a high Russia view count or retention rate a potential red flag for youtube to ban or limit your channel / videos?

Same problem +, maybe it is Russian botnet...

i don't think it's a problem, since your video is public and youtube is global, if a user shared your video with his friends on his country and they keep sharing it on local social networks,
youtube can do nothing about it since it can be counter as a natural behavior, you can be in germany and your video become viral in spain... so what.

the reason for the high % of russian views, is simple if your provider is using real human traffic, then it's much cheaper to get those users from russia, it's tier 3 and users that want 100k of full retention views will not mind that many of them are from russia, as long they get cheap price for them, i didn't saw any harm in that
