HP Envy x360 Ram Usable Issue - Please HELP

Hi guys, sorry i didn't really know where could i post this to get some help.
How come only 5.87 out of 8GB are usable? I am really getting mad because it's lower than it should be. Need a hand! Please!

Is it a single slot stick? You might have ordered them poorly in their sockets.
 
I called and they send another laptop in exchange for that one which was "defect"

Did the problem get solved? I thought it would be because the rest of the memory is being used by the operating system. If so, your replacement laptop would have the same "problem".

Apparently VEGA 5 Graphic card takes 2.1 gb of ram to enhance the gaming performance.
Jeez. Problem solved not yet, i d still like to know how to fix it if there's something to fix.

Damn, why would the graphics card need 2.1gb ram? That's the problem right there. Wait for someone to reply may be. I am not an expert in hardware lol. You should probably get another model.

Monday the new one arrives. If it's the same, i ll def change this crap ;;)
 
Check for graphics shared memory in processor explorer. May be you will able to set shared memory from bios.
