I just made my first PBN websites and instead of adding alink to an article on my first one, i've added a widget sidebar with "my favorite sites" with a few authority sites and my money site..

I think it will work better because i will get a link with every article i add on my pbn site boosting my 'Backlink number'.

Is it smart to put the other links as nofollow.. or is that too obvious?

I am no expert but I don't think using no follow links is a good idea. I think it's pretty obvious what you are upto if you do that.

you want to make these as real looking as possible in my opinion. In both looks and links.

Why would you stuff your OWN site with other links than your own in a homepage sidebar? Seems like you have a world of options and you want to choose the one that bleeds link juice.

I'm not a sidebar fan in general though.

Whatever you decide, keep in mind that nofollow is just a suggestion Googlebot does not always heed.

Try to put no-follow on all links going out from your site.
Then you can just put 3-4 do follow links in your footer to some authority sites and governance bodies. This way you will have a bit of link juice leaking for authority flow and you will get a good bonus for linking to authorities.

I wouldn't advise using no follow links from a pbn site, and you also need to be careful not to send too many links to your money site from it either (one link is enough but if you send links from every page you could end up with a penalty, depending on whether or not you're using exact anchor text or not).

If you want it to look natural, just rebuild the old site and drop a descreet link somewhere on the homepage (not in the footer)

I had the idea to rebuild websits.. but archive.org doesn't always have the records from their individual pages :(

First, no follow doesn't stop the flow of link juice, rather it stops it arriving at the destination - link juice is still lost.

Secondly, a widget link implies it's site wide link which is a no-go in any decent volume. Google supposedly cracked down on site-wide links a number of years ago and I've read a number of accounts of penalties related to this type of behavior. To counter that argument, large authority sites do it with relative impunity but my guess is you don't have an authoritative site.

To sum up, bad idea.

I believe google said they devalue juice from sidebars n footers If im not mistaken, correct me if Im wrong.

I would never do that... increase backlink numbers with some cheap links, comments etc...
