How's this guy doing it?

So there's this guy that is using the Astra theme just like me and probably elementor. I'm currently not using elementor but I will if it is necessary.

He has this amazing style that uses a tilted blue colored background under the post's title. Also, the main image of the blog post kind of intersects with that blue header background color.

He also has a nice way of showing blog posts on his homepage (having rounded corners and some kind of shadow underneath)

I'm posting some images but I am removing the blog's name of course.

Please check them and tell me how is he doing that. He is using Astra theme just like I do but I can't find those settings. Is he using elementor for these? If so, can someone help me do the same?

I'm 99% sure that is a premade template that comes with elementor Pro, even that picture with the laptop looks very familiar. I'm on my phone right now though so can't check

Edit: I checked, it's the pro template on the right of this image.
