Keyword gets 2.1 million exact searches a month

I went back and forth from page one and two. Then suddenly dropped out of the ranking for a week.

I climbed back to 6th page 3 days ago.

Today I am up to 3rd page.

How do you think this is going to end?

Normally when someone goes through a big dance they land higher than they previously were :)
 
Well your website will probably get manually reviewed when you hit first page for the term, so make sure you got your content together incase you dance up to page 1.

manual review ? I already own a site which is at page 1 for 1 million exact search. I am really getting 1 million view per month but ctr is like 1/500 :D

So you are saying when you get that high rank keyword you are manually reviewed ?
 
Just keep building, make sure you have relevant unique content, and don't worry about anything else.
 
You've got to love the google dance, I hope things work out for you.
