Guys am thinking of joining the hemorrhoids niche as i have about 500, 1000 words articles for an authority site. Is it worth the time and investment. How easy is it to rank? Is it saturated?
How much can i expect to earn in about 3 months?
    Any feedback would be appreciated?

I think you should do that research yourself, why would anyone do it in your place? Or they can simply tell you "it's saturated" and you will walk off, meaning they get minus one competitor :)

Just use adwords and you'll get a brief idea. Check here for tools that can help you to spy the main competitors. Keep in mind that all "health" niches are saturated, but there is a place for everyone:) if you play your cards well. You will notice that almost all top positions are occupied by really high authority sites, so if the competition is medium or high, then it's better to rely on traffic coming from the Social Networks. Make awesome fanpages and profiles, aim your major promotional activites in that direction and you'll get decent results for sure. And bro, don't expect someone to make valuable and detailed research on any niche that you can follow for free.

I am just "itching" to get into the hemorrhoids niche. If there is an "opening" I can't wait to "crack" it. No point "hanging around". Get in there, "cream" off the profits and "bleed" them dry.

    Sorry..........................couldn't help it.

It doesn't help if you tell everyone your niche on an IM forum, especially such a specific one

Yeah you should try whatever niche comes to your mind and keep it yourself. Posting such questions here is stupid!

Thanks guys, but a basic search of what health niches to focus on shows that the embarrassing problems are still quite popular and this is just one of them. Am sure hundreds of guys in this forum are already banking from it so its not really a secret, just like game hacks in CPA etc.
Some of your replies really helped and that comment by blacktrilby is quite funny if you get the joke.
