How's E-com dropshipping in 2024?

How's dropshipping in 2024? Are any of you earning 6-7 figure income? I stopped some months ago after the cost of ads was too high on FB ads and I wasn't able to be profitable. But now, I am looking to get back to it, and hopefully make it work. I'm not sure what's working nowadays and which direction to follow. I'd appreciate some help.

I believe its viable. I just started a month ago. Got a few sales but am not profitable. I'm down to brainstorm ideas.
 
Have you looked into tiktok? A lot of drop shipped products on there being promoted. There was a good post on here a while back about someone selling fire shooting wands. they made a good amount of money.

Do you mean Tiktok shop? Yeah, I've done that but it doesn't give the same flexibility as selling items on your personal store.
I'm looking to sell through shopify but I dont want to waste money testing products that doesnt work.
 
I have active stores and campaigns but more focusing on European countries instead of the US. Test funnels and angles that are proven to work in the US and bring them to less saturated markets. Not everything will work but it’s a good starting point…
 
I've seen people succeed with TikTok Stores, Just don't try to sell Fidget Spinners and think you're going to be a millionaire within 2 weeks.

Would recommend focusing on Video Content for the products and just not ripping photos of the seller's sites. Works well for many products.
 
Honest recommendation - copy paste others for a good few months. Learn everything from scratch. Once you start getting views on saturated products, then try to come up with your own unsaturated product. The game in TikTok is: product > TikTok Virality > everything else
