A summary, based on your hosting specs:
1. What many people don't take in consideration is the "v" from the "vCore". This means "virtualized core" which means you actually share the CPU power (the psychical one) with many others. So, the CPU power is the real one when we talk about "Core", and not about "vCore". CPU is one of the most important aspects.
2. RAM memory don't count too much into the website specs. Of course, is better to have 4-8GB RAM (where 8GB for 1 basic WooCommerce site is basically A Lot, even 4...), but it's not essential. For a small website, 1GB RAM (dedicated) is ok. Generally speaking, RAM is used for cache.
3. SSD is great, but NVMe is the best.

So, first of all, make sure your website is optimized (compress images, optimal image extension, only keep the plugins you really need, etc). You can find some very good tutorials on the forum about how to optimize your site.

"Soon I am expecting more live customers" - How many potential visitors? Where is your hosting server located and from where your visitors will come from is very important?
