Howdy biz owner getting hands on

I’m a nyc construction contractor who after 10 years in business (semi-successfully) is finally taking a hands on approach to my own marketing/business footprint.

In a nutshell

Long time ago I hired a guy off Craigslist who got my website up and running ranked fast and my phone was ringing hard..

Site got hacked and just fell off..

Hired. Fake review company through a local “barter group” review stuck for a few months then fell off

Had some solid profits the last 6 months finally hired a real SEO company. 3500$ a month full website rebuild and 3 articles a month

I’m hoping the phone rings soon. I’m looking to ride with them for a year and hopefully implement my own in house strategies I can learn/hire through here

SEO going up and down is normal, it is never 'set in stone' and needs to be constantly monitored.
Make sure you start with Local SEO or have it done properly. I'd suggest investing a bit into paid search as well - it works faster than SEO.
